With more than 25 years of experience leading complex business and technology transformation initiatives, I help organizations successfully deliver strategic programs that create measurable business value. Throughout my career, I have partnered with executives, business leaders, and technical teams to modernize operations, strengthen governance, and deliver enterprise-scale solutions across the Government of Canada and private sector.

As the Founder and Principal Consultant of PMP-IT Consulting, I provide executive advisory and hands-on leadership in project and program management, PMO consulting, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, data centre infrastructure, and business analysis. My approach combines strategic thinking with practical execution to help organizations reduce risk, improve governance, and achieve successful project outcomes.

My experience spans more than 20 federal departments and agencies, where I have led initiatives involving Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Salesforce, enterprise networking, infrastructure modernization, regulatory systems, and cloud technologies. I have successfully delivered projects supporting digital government, enterprise applications, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and large-scale modernization programs.

I hold multiple internationally recognized professional certifications, including PMP®, PMI-ACP®, TOGAF®, CISSP®, CCSP®, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ITIL®, I.S.P., and ITCP/IP3P, reflecting my commitment to professional excellence and continuous learning. I also maintain a Government of Canada Secret Level II Security Clearance and am fluent in English, French, and Arabic, enabling me to effectively collaborate with diverse executive stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

In addition to my consulting work, I have served as a university instructor, sharing practical knowledge in information systems, project management, business intelligence, and enterprise architecture while mentoring the next generation of technology professionals.
